Business Professional I had the opportunity to experience True Colors with Jessie Perez this past summer, and the experience was great! Through a series of specific, personality - related questions, I learned so much more about my temperament, as well as the temperament of those that I work with. It helped me to better understand certain "quirks" that my co workers have, as well as what may cause and trigger certain behaviors. Jessie did an excellent job walking our group through each of the colors and our results, and giving practical, relatable examples of how to work with directly opposing personalities. As a leader, I recommend True Colors to managers looking to maximize their organizations, understand conflict resolution better, communicate more effectively with others, and encourage harmony amongst everyone.

ArtistI took the True Colours test, and it was one of the most valuable steps I have taken in understanding myself and my relationships with other people.
Before I participated in the workshop, I always had frustrations with my friends and loved ones because I based my expectations of them on how I thought people ‘should’ act, based on how ‘I’ would react. The workshop helped me understand, in the simplest and most basic way possible, the differences in personality and behavior types. Now, I not only understand myself and my temperaments better, but I can better understand other people and why they act the way they do. I had taken a bunch of other personality tests before this one, but they were more complicated and left one with an impossible combination of letters to remember. StudentI took true colors in 2015 and it has revealed to me a few things about myself. The test itself was simple to understand and the test giver (Jessie) was very patient with all of us. I enjoyed the overall experience because I did not only learn about my tendencies and characteristics but it also helped me to understand how other people think. I think that this information has helped me become more understanding of others and has helped see the reason behind people’s actions. For example, I have had some trouble relating to my mom and certain other people because I didn’t understand them. It turns out that my mom has gold tendencies and I am a strong green (with gold being the lowest of my colors), which has helped me relate and be more understanding with my mom.
